Gidon van Emden

Gidon van Emden is the CEO of KOL Foods, the only producer of kosher, grass-fed US beef and pastured poultry. Based in the Washington, DC, area he loves learning about ethical and sustainable food production, and then putting that into practice for the kosher world. Gidon is available to lead study sessions and hands-on experiences on shechita and related topics on food in Jewish life.
